Position Summary
We are looking for a new Quality Assurance Analyst based in Manila to work with Localization Services product line.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Essential Duties:
Play a key role in all aspects of quality assurance: software, processes, and documentation
Maintain and improve the quality of deliverables by inspecting and measuring them against standards to identify defect for correction
Conduct acceptance, regression, and performance testing
Write and maintain test cases and test scenarios
Write comprehensive defect reports
Collaborate with the development team, communicate testing requirements
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Computer Science /IT/Computer Engineering graduate
Must have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience on testing business applications
Must have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience in user acceptance, system, and regression testing
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, English; Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and translate when needed
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Organization and multitasking skills are critical; Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision, take initiative, set priorities, follow through and see tasks through to completion
Ability to work in agile development methodology
Attention to details
Knowledge of basic SQL (Standard Query Language) to investigate test data or data configuration
Knowledge in test case creation and defect reporting
Knowledge of Windows and Internet browsers

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in using XML as test data
ERP testing background is a plus
Test automation background is a plus
