Quality Assurance Analyst
Manila
Position Summary
Performs and/or supports testing tasks to ensure that developed products meet design specifications.
Communicates verbally and written with product developers, business analysts, quality analysts and technical support specialists on product issues. Develops test scripts that will be primarily focused on Infor's Cloud Suites.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Works with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers in the identification, development, creation and improvement of the testing processes/framework.
Participates in testing execution tasks both manual and automated.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
>Ability to maintain high quality standards in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting and verification
>Strong knowledge and industry-standard QA methodologies, tools, databases and operating systems
>Attention to detail, analytical, multi-tasking and organization skills
>Ability to analyze and understand requirements, accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules
> Creates automated test scripts based upon business processes (end to end)
> Executes Test Plans and communicates results to a large audience on a daily basis.
> Helps maintain the proper test environments, to include the installation of products under test and complimentary products.
> Learns and uses automated testing tools and test frameworks for automated functional testing.
What Will Put You Ahead?
Preferred Qualifications:
> Software Testing for 3+ years
> Automation Testing
> Test automation tools such as Selenium, Sikuli and the like
> Creates automated test scripts based upon business processes (end to end)
> Utilizes professional skills and functional/technical knowledge to perform essential functions.
> Ability to maintain high quality standards in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting and verification
> Attention to detail, analytical, multi-tasking and organization skills
> Experience working on HR products or Financial systems is a plus.
