About you
We are looking for an amazing communicator who loves to engage with different types of people on any levels either within the organization or external clients and someone who fits to the following descriptions:
Qualifications:
• Graduate/Undergrad of any Business, Computer or Languages course
• Has a working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Google Suite & MS Office Applications)
• At least two (2) years of experience in telephone interviewing task or similar role
• Can actively listen to the client and accurately document/report a feedback
• Must be a powerful and eloquent communicator
• Must have an obsession with quality and efficiency
• An enthusiastic, fun-loving, mojo go-getter and a good team player
