Ensures completeness and accuracy of documentary and informational requirements related to configuration, change or release management.
Leads and/or facilitates the documentation of ICT processes or systems.
Prepares test plans for assigned projects
Documents process flows, response times and service levels for purposes of improving overall performance of department.
Assists in the implementation, maintenance, and quality assessment of processes aligned with international standards such as CMMI, ITIL or ISO 27001.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
With working experience in testing automation (Winium, Selenium, Test Complete and the like)
Knowledge in programming is an advantage
Flexible and keen on details and have a good analytical skills
Willing to work in Makati City
