The Opportunity:
We are looking for a high performing Test Automation Engineer to help establish the Infor Cloverleaf team in Manila. We use Selenium and Python, among other modern tools and frameworks for our products. We're building up our automated testing framework and DevOps processes and you will have a critical role in this effort. You will initially join the Shanghai-based scrum teams composed of full-stack developers and quality analysts using the Scrum framework. Primary Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test suites and scripts
· Perform peer reviews of test scripts
· Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
· Maintain/develop DevOps/Code Coverage Testing framework/process.
· Maintain product security by running security scans.
· Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures
Additional Responsibilities:
· Be open to take on other QA-related projects and responsibilities as necessary.
· Establish Manila processes and systems
Essential Skills:
· 3+ years total experience as a Software Quality Analyst
· Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
· Comprehensive knowledge of automated test script design and creation (Python, Java, Selenium)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in setting up and maintaining automated test frameworks
· Thorough knowledge of Scrum Agile practices
· Thorough knowledge of Software development processes
· Thorough knowledge of defect tracking tools similar to JIRA
· Working knowledge of CI technologies
· Strong work ethic and team attitude
Beneficial Skills:
· Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS)
· Knowledge of Docker
· Knowledge of DevOps
· Knowledge of API testing and API automation
· Knowledge of multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Amazon Linux)
· Working knowledge of scripting languages (PERL, TCL, Shell, etc)
· Experience working with globally distributed teams
· Experience working with Healthcare domain applications
Education:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related fields or strong self-learnt Computer Science background
