Communicates with quality analysts and product developers on product issues. Operates under minimal supervision. What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: Develops an understanding of the industry's usage of Infor applications and incorporates this into the test requirements, design, cases and scripts. Performs complex testing and test coordination on complex projects. Assists other QA Analysts with approach and technical issues. Evaluates testing tools for potential use and provides training/consulting on the use of testing tools. Reviews, maintains and creates test coding standards and processes. Coordinates problem management process, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution. Mentors other Automation engineers on methodologies, technologies and problem-solving techniques. What Will Put You Ahead? Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Typical requires 5+ years of experience in development, research, product testing or support. Proficient in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies. Proficient in creating test cases and test scripts. Expert in Java programming. Proficient with Selenium is an advantage. Mastery of testing tools. Experience with Database and SQL 1+ years of experience in any of these databases: Oracle, Postgres, DB2, MySQL Strong grasp of relational database concepts Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute comprehensive test scripts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid understanding of a software development and computer programming. Highly organized and creative, possess good leadership, and strong research skills. Ability to maintain high quality standards in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting and verification Strong knowledge and industry-standard automation methodologies, tools, databases and operating systems Attention to detail, analytical, multi-tasking and organization skills Ability to analyze and understand requirements, accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules
