Description & Requirements
The Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate (Intern) will provide direct technical assistance and support to the QAs in working on various QA activities. The QA intern will be responsible for assessing the quality of the assigned features and ad-hoc requests, creates, and executes manual and/or automated test scripts of platforms that are supported.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Carry out a series of activities to ensure standards, methods, and procedures are suitable for the project and implemented correctly.
Supports the testing environment and the testing lifecycle by reporting defects using the defined reporting process.
Creates and/or maintains detailed and effective end to end testcases.
Creates test automated scripts as needed.
Execute test cases and performs thorough regression testing.
Participate in regular team meetings to provide testing updates and share insights.
Work together with team conducting performance testing to make sure the software is responsive and scalable in a variety of scenarios.
Communicate with the team on the status of issues and blocks.
Performs scheduled, ad-hoc, and emergency tasks within the department's scope.
Creates documentations for the wiki page.
What You Will Need:
Required Skills:
Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field.
Interest in knowledge on ERP Applications.
Microsoft office product knowledge.
Familiarity of operating systems, web applications.
Proficient problem solving and fact-finding skills.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Strong collaboration, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
Ability to exercise good judgment and effectiveness in working with a high performing team.
Demonstrates resourcefulness, patience, perseverance, self-motivation, and discipline.
Quality Oriented
Class schedule that allows the student to work at least four days each week for at least eight hours each day excluding break time.

Familiarity with web-based application architectures.
Familiarity of software testing methodologies.
Scripting/coding skills.
