Reviews user documentation and training materials for accuracy. Maintains or generates data needed to test scenario/scripts documents test scripts in a common repository. Works with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers in the identification, development, creation and improvement of the testing processes/framework. Reviews metrics and reports on test results/status. Ensures adherence to QA process best practices including defect management, test case execution and metrics reporting, requirements traceability. What You Will Need: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline (may need additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position. 2+ years' experience in development, research, product testing or support. Knowledge of software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies. Functional experience in the functional and/or technical area of the products. Experience in test-planning, designing, defect tracking and test case/script creation and execution. Demonstrates a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving. Good communication skills - verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience in software development, testing and support 4-year college degree or equivalent Open for fresh graduates with experience in QA or programming during OJT or thesis Ability to maintain high quality standards in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting and verification In-depth knowledge of industry standard QA methodologies Ability to analyze and understand requirements, accurately estimate task durations and meet schedules.
