Develops an understanding of the industry's usage of Infor/Lawson applications and incorporates this into the test requirements, design, cases and scripts. . Assists in the design of test cases for assigned products, building of test systems and automation of tests under the direction of more senior analysts. . Works with project teams and content experts to execute test plans creates manual and automated test cases test cases based on design and requirements. . Analyzes test output to ensure functionality regression and new feature of the products during a release cycle. . Documents test scripts in a common repository and logs product failure issues into the problem tracking system. . Participates in code reviews for test scripts within the test group. . Learns and uses automated testing tools and test frameworks for automated functional testing. What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related discipline (may need additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position. . This is an entry-level position typically requiring less than 18 months experience in development, research, product testing or support. What Will Put You Ahead Preferred Qualifications: . Ability to understand business processes, product features, analyze new requirements and define complete tests for the same. . Good testing and defect-finding skills and understanding of QA methodologies . Ability to meet schedules. . Strong logical, analytical and technical skills. .
