Participates in the alignment and creation of project proposals for FMED.
Creates reports and monitors for all open items, ongoing projects, and proposals of the unit.
Provides systematic monitoring tools in the delivery of tasks. Participates in the interpretation of gathered data and the completion of all FMED Quality & Compliance projects
Monitors the Documentation Management system of the Unit.
Assists FMED Quality and Compliance Unit in ensuring all policies and monitors are compliant to the hospital and regulatory standards.
Closely coordinates concerns to all concerned stakeholders.
Performs others administrative duties that may be assigned by the FMED Quality & Compliance Unit from time to time.
Respond to queries either over the phone or in emails.
Provides a courteous and professional service always.
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
Inform immediate supervisor of recurring problems.
Reports to the Quality & Compliance Unit Manager and Officer regarding accomplishments and deliverables.
Minimum Job Requirements
A. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferably Industrial Engineering.
B. Work Experience
Fresh Graduate to Two (2) Years' Experience Employee.
