QC SUPERVISORTOKWING INFINITE READY MIX CONCRETE PRODUCTS INC

· To prepare Quality Plan, Inspect and test plans
· To carry out inspection and to check all quality related procedures at the sites
· To develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
· To oversee & monitor the inspection & testing of materials, parts and products to ensure adherence to established quality standard
· To work directly with QA Manager thus to analyze manufacturing processes and may process improvement while using various methods of testing and inspection
· To review customers purchase orders, contracts and change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans.
· To develop, execute and analyze quality-reporting measures
· To monitor testing
· To check QC Personnel's overtime and to supervise them
· To supervise trial mix of client and RND
