Job Responsibilities:
●Oversee and monitor the property maintenance
●Daily inspection of the facilities
●Coordinate and inspect major contract work on electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling ventilation and other system
●Preventive maintenance for concerned areas"

●At least 2 years of work experience in Construction as QC Engineer
●Licensed Electrical Engineer
