Job Summary:
The QA/QC engineer shall be responsible for various QAQC activities for the company's Solar project installations and ensure that project execution before, during, and after is met based on the set standards and engineering designs.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring construction quality to ensure that all work is installed in accordance with the plans, specifications, QA/QC requirements, electrical and building code requirements, contract requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements, and good construction practices.
Ensure site quality verification inspections are performed properly through consistent site visits.
Ensure QA/QC scheduled site visits are met.
Create, process, complete, and maintain accurate documentation and records associated with the construction site including non-conformity reports.
Manage non-conformity program.
Identify preventative actions for continual improvement.
Support the project implementation department and inform the Site Engineers regarding any deviation in quality through the QA inspection report.
Participate in final project demobilization, documentation, and close-out activities of every project.
Create a Quality Assurance Plan for every project.
Provide QA/QC Inspection report.
Site Inspection for some prospective projects
Prepares PV layout, SLD, and initial BOM
Qualifications and Skills Requirement:
With at least 5 years of work exposure as a QAQC Engineer in the Renewable Energy industry.
College graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Licensed Electrical Engineer.
Knowledgeable in various QAQC methodologies and principles.
Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be a self-starter and proactive.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City from Mondays to Fridays.
