- Graduate of Civil Engineering with professional license
- At least 2 years' experience in construction as Quality Assurance/Quality Control related field
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system implementation is preferred
- Skilled in managing technical work at the field even with little supervision
- Have ability to work in adverse setting and climatic conditions
- Have ability to interact with project team members, clients, subcontractors and craft employees
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
