Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
2. Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
3. Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
4. Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
5. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
6. Assists in the follow-up with the departments audited to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management issues that require attention tracking corrective actions.
7. Coordinate with the auditee to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management issues that require attention tracking corrective actions.
8. Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
9. Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Licensed Engineer (CE, ME, EE)
2. Experience in the construction of water, wastewater, and sewage treatment plant projects is an advantage.
v 3. Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation.
4. With at least three (3) years of working experience in the related field.
5.Must be detailed oriented, possess excellent time management skills, be well organized, a self-starter and with a high focus on compliance and responsibilities.
6.Ability to follow through and consistently demonstrate that all primary job duties and responsibilities are current and up to date.
Will be assigned at the head office: P. Tuazon Cubao, Quezon City
With Three (3) Additional Positions for this Role
Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 6:00PM (but must be willing to do fieldwork)
