RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project plan inspection and implementation.
Inspection of construction works.
Monitoring of project accomplishment in accordance with set schedule.
Coordination with different parties involved in the project.
Evaluation of billings submitted by the contractors and/or suppliers.
Attendance to regular meetings.
Assisting in the preparation of bid documents.
Prepare progress report, evaluate billings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with or without license.
Preferably with experience in ISO Processes and Documentation.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
With good interpersonal communication skills both oral and written.
At least 5 years extensive experience in construction industry.
Exposure in High-rise and/or Land Development construction/ Fit-out works is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in different locations for work.
