The Role
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for executing testing (SIT/UAT) for the development of analytic assets. You will partner with the Enterprise Testing Center of Excellence to drive standards, policies and automation of all testing assets. However, most of your time will be spent with the Analytics development teams and the business analysts as they design new use cases for delivery.
How you'll contribute
Preparation of integration test scenarios for unreleased features and changes.
Hands-on investigation and confirmation of test scenarios.
Development of scripted python tests for integration test scenarios.
Identification and prioritization of deficiencies in existing integration test scripts and implementing improvements.
Maintenance of integration test environment and test artifacts.
Preparation of integration test scenarios for unreleased features and changes.
Enhancement of existing integration framework to support improved automation and reporting.
Manage project dependencies and risk mitigation.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Partner with the Enterprise PMO and Enterprise Testing Center of Excellence to ensure institutional standards are be met in the delivery of program deliverables.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
At least 1 year experience in software testing methodologies, both manual and automated
Working experience for bank and payment system is a big plus
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Familiar with testing backend services such as APIs, Databases, distributed services
Familiar with Linux and database operation
Familiar with test environment construction by CICD, Spring Boot
Good programming ability, master at least one of Java, Python and other programming languages
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
