The Job:
Review, analyze & map project and software requirements for ST, SIT, UAT & ORT (skill on traceability matrix is a must)
Prepare test plans, test cases and test procedures
Prepare test data based on the pre-conditions set w/ experience in creating scripts to automate data preparation
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze test results
Skill on Test Automation and Test estimation and optimizing test cases/execution strategy is desired
Document test artifacts (results, screenshots, usages, bills, logs and any other test evidences)
Document and version control test deliverables
Perform training to fellow Test Analysts and users if required
Walkthrough test cases when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related course
Strong communication, problem solving, technical, analytical and documentation skills
Able to work on minimal supervision and has sense of ownership/urgency
Minimum 3 years experience in client facing integration and user acceptance testing
Able to multi-task to handle different application modules or even test phases especially during parallel testing activities
Working knowledge of different methodologies (e.g Waterfall, V-model, Agile)
Essential knowledge of JAVA, PL/SQL, XML, operating systems (unix, window server), database (oracle, SQL), API/SoapUI
Knowledge of Test/Defect Management tools (e.g JIRA, Zephyr, Mantis)
Knowledge of Test execution tools (e.g Katalon, JMeter)
Familiarity with open source tools for functional, regression & non-functional (e.g ORT-performance, load, stress) testing. Experience will be an advantage.
Familiar with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) / Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)
Advantage if has Telecom background and familiarity on B/OSS systems (e.g Portal, CRM, Billing, Dunning, Usage/Mediation, Nokia FlowOne, Activity Mgt, etc.) and telco business flows

Referral Bonus Payment
The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Tech Talent Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases
- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 3 months
- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company's service for 6 months
