Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and highly experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellence of our large cloud-based software deployment. Your focus will be on upholding the highest standards of software quality, reliability, and functionality through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications
· You will create comprehensive test plans that cover integration tests, functional tests, end-to-end tests, acceptance testing, performance testing, and smoke testing to ensure our applications meet performance requirements.
· Manual execution of test plans and reporting on your findings will be a key part of your role.
· You will conduct database testing and perform queries to verify data accuracy.
· By using tools like Selenium or similar automation tools, you will implement test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· As a Test Lead, you will coordinate testing activities with the Product Owner and junior QA testers.
· You will be responsible for setting up the framework for Automation testing.
· Your expertise will be valuable in recommending and implementing best practices for Continuous deployments.
· A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is required.
· You should have at least 4 years of experience in manually executing full stack software tests.
· Minimum of three years of experience in database testing & querying and end-to-end testing.
· Two years of experience in test automation using Selenium or equivalent tools.
· You should have at least two years of experience working in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
· A minimum of one year of experience as a Test Lead is required.
· You should have a working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Postgres, Aurora, Athena; React, JavaScript, JSON, Python, Git; UIPath, TestNG.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
· You must be capable of working with and leading teams across multiple time zones.
· Flexibility in terms of shift timings is expected.
· Experience or familiarity with Agile Methodologies will be a plus.
