This role sits within Customer and Marketing. Identify and mitigate product/system risks and issues by developing and executing automated acceptance tests with an appropriate level of coverage to ensure the delivery of a high-quality system and user experience
Ensure that design for automated tests includes modularization for code reusability, parameterization for data-driven capability, and balance between clarity and efficiency
Provide consultation, share expert opinion, provide guidance from automation framework architecture standpoint

If you are someone with:
9+ years of relevant testing experience doing both manual and automation
Experience automated testing development for Web, API, Mobile, or Data in Java/JavaScript for any of the following tools/frameworks (Selenium, WebdriverIO, Robot Framework, Appium, Tosca, Katalon, Karate etc.)
Expertise in converting manual scripts to automation from scratch (preferably Java-based)
Expertise in assessing current state of testing at the framework level and identifying gaps to achieve a mature target state
Responsible for the whole Test Automation Management, from Test Automation Architecture, Test Planning, Test Scripting and Execution, Reports Generation up to CI/CD Integration.
Expertise in end-to-end, UI, API, functional, and non-functional testing
Experience in testing any platforms for Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Mulesoft etc
Experience in performance testing using JMeter (or other related tools)
Equal level of comfort with the tools as you are leading a project or a team of test automation engineers
Possess a Bachelor's degree in the relevant area of study
Capable of building positive stakeholder relationships
Passion towards developing self and others
Able to manage and execute projects timely and effectively
Understand the business, industry, and clients
Nice to have:
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
Preference for knowledge and prior experience in consulting/ professional services
