Description
A leading Digital Publishing Company in Makati City is looking for a QA Team Leader who will be tasked in managing their Manila-based QA Engineer and will be constantly liaising with the company's Global IT Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Manila-based QA Testers in Manila
- Provide leadership during the entire testing cycle and process: automation testing, regression testing, functional testing back-end functionalities
- Create scripts/framework and expand existing code base
- Continuous collaboration with the global team to understand on-going and incoming projects: the goals, requirements, potential issues and solutions
- Involved in test artefact preparation to implementation up to project auditing and bug fixing procedures
- Ensure that the entire testing phase has been properly document, reviewed and that the entire team is updated re the development of the project/s
- Manage and mentor an entire team of over QA engineers
Requirements:
- Expert in QA processing and methodologies with over 5 years industry experience
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Knowledgeable in Linux and Selenium Automation
- Preferably with recent experience in testing for Mobile Applications
