Description
Key Responsibilities :
Lead a team of Quality Assurance specialists to ensure that processes and practices deliver a client-satisfactory performance.
Develop and implement a process audit strategy to identify improvement initiatives for the various processes in the monitoring center.
Analyze key performance metrics and work with the operations team on improvement initiatives.
Identify and address systemic issues arising from root cause investigation and analysis of performance misses.
Manage process performance issues and drive resolution via the key stakeholders and owners of the various processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Industrial Engineering, Business Management preferred)
Has BPO experience; with at least 2-3 years experience of being a Quality Analyst Supervisor in a BPO setting. Working experience with offshore counterparts preferred
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma problem analysis and solving tools, preferably at least Yellow belt certification
Able to facilitate incident investigations and structured problem solving sessions
Familiarity with data analysis techniques
Strong communication skills (verbal and written communications); and able to write incident reports
Ability to manage multiple projects, improvement initiatives and issue resolution.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required)
