QA SENIOR SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience in the baking industry are a plus.
Knowledge of basic SSOP and HACCP documentation.
Responsible for the implementation of the overall food safety program both in the commissary and in the branch.
Responsible for the documentation of standard procedures and processes in production.
Communicates quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
Maintains compliance with state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Supports the Maintenance department on the scheduled Preventive Maintenance Program.
Reviews and revisit the existing Quality Management System.
Submits report/s on given timeline.
Reviews laboratory results, work instructions, and reports.
Conduct training related to GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and other food safety training.
Performs other duties assigned
