QUALIFICATIONS:
Civil Engineering Graduate or any related course. Board Exam passer is an advantage.
With two to three years experience in Ready Mix Concrete Industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
Assists in the implementation of Quality Control Plan such as acceptance of raw materials, batching process, and checking the accuracy of batching to ensure that the products meet specific customer standards.
Supervises and implements the Monthly Pouring Activities, Manpower Schedule, Laboratory Testing (Raw Materials, Concrete Samples, and Internal Trial Mix) and Third Party Testing of Concrete Samples in order to comply with the customer requirements.
RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION AND COST CONTROL
Maximizes the usage of recycled water to save on operational expenses and supports government initiative on Environmental Protection.
Monitors the utilization of chilled water to ensure that it will be used only on approved mix designs.
Checks and monitors the department’s operating cost to ensure that expenses are within the approved budget.
Assists the QAQC OIC in monitoring and controlling the manual dosing of raw materials during automatic operations in order to ensure the accuracy of batching.
Ensures that all incidents that will affect the quality of concrete are reported within 24 hours to prevent significant damage to the company.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
Assists in developing new mix designs to come up with a more economical formula in order to sustain competitiveness in the market.
Fosters and develops a culture of continuous improvement is embedded in the team to encourage constant learning to cope with the changing market environment and latest technology.
Implements and monitors execution of process improvement initiatives in order to ensure success of the program.
