Job Description
Our client is growing Filipino real estate developer and is seeking to appoint a QA/QC Officer.
Responsibilities
Controls QMS system.
Prepares Quality Procedures and Project Quality Plan.
Incorporate owner's requirements as per project requirement.
Review and approve suppliers/sub-contractors quality documents.
To attend QA/QC weekly meeting with project team and client.
Supervision of subordinates at site.
Monitor the quality of works performed as per specifications, plans and schedule.
Check that the work conforms to requirements of the applicable code, standard, drawing or other documents.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
At least 5 years' working experience in the related field is required for this position.
