Job Description
The QA/QC Engineer must ensure that the quality control procedures are in place and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Technical Specification
Review Submittal, Testing, and Inspection Plan based on approved Methodology and Construction Quality Plan
Ensure and certify that all materials to be installed complies with the approved submittals.
Ensure that all required test and/or inspection are performed.
Monitor Contractor's work to ensure compliance with the quality plan.
To generate Field Observation Report (FOR) and the issuance of Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
Performs quality audit to ensure compliance to Quality Control processes and procedures.
Periodic review of QA/QC policies and procedures and recommend applicable changes and revisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
