With Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional license is a plus
Preferably 2 - 4 years experienced employees specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent is a plus
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
Capable of conducting long working hours and have the stamina for extended hours of strenuous, physical office and field work.
Capable of handling supervisory task and a good sense of authority.
Have the personality and the right attitude to deal with subordinates.
Responsible, honest and hardworking to work well in a fast-paced work environment
Physically and mentally fit
With good moral character
Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
