Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and or review Site Inspection and Test Plans, Site Quality Procedures and other related quality method statements.
Develop the contract audits schedule, assign and conduct audits to determine compliance to project quality management system. Follow up on audit findings to ensure proper close out and correction. Ensure that all audits are value added to ensure proper assessment and objective evidence of compliance is pursued.
Establish effective preventive measure and corrective action to ensure that deficiencies do not re-occur. This is process will involve measurements to determine trends and suitable means of correction. Prepare and compile from audits, identify non-quality trends and advise Project Manager/Quality Supervisor or Management for resolution.
Establishment statistical measurement to define quality and performance quality (KPI)
Prepare data for Project Management Review to assess the effectiveness of the systems areas of reoccurring deficiencies and areas for improvement.
Propose recommended goals with project management for continual improvement.
