JOB SUMMARY
The QA/QC Engineer performs and coordinates with inspections and determine quality assurance testing and quality control. Prepares, documents, and execute detailed test plans, test cases and defects report.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Determine standards to perform inspection and tests on procedures and oversees all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
Conducts site inspection and ensures that works are done based on approved specifications, methods and shop drawings
Reviews the quality of all materials at site and collaborates with other departments regarding material procurement and quality of materials
Supervises test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to standard procedures
Assists with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
Assists in the development of Project Quality Management system by establishing procedure, plans and work instructions
Checks the non-conformity and findings at site and prepare necessary reports
Establishes work standards at site
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATION
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably Registered Civil Engineer
At least 3 years of experience in project construction
With related job experience in quality control/quality assurance and documentation
Results-oriented
With strong problem-solving skills
Willing to be assigned in Hermosa, Bataan
