Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviews the Technical specifications, drawing and assists the QAQC Supervisor in the preparation of the (STI) Submittal, Testing and Inspection Plans.
Monitors and assists the Engineering (TSD) in acquiring approval of submittals as required in the Work Activity Submittal (WAS) Phase of (QAC) Quality Assurance and Control.
Leads and provide supervision in the QAC inspection and monitoring of activities in the Work in Progress (WIP) phase of control.
Leads and provide supervision in the inspection of works from WAS up to the issuance of the Work Activity Completion (WAC) certificate. Works items without the WAC certificate may not be processed for billing.
Leads in the gathering of reports and documents required for the WAS, WIP, and WAC phases of control.
Leads in the gathering of data and reports for the Construction Quality Daily Reports (CQDR).
Leads in the preparation of close-out reports and documents.
QAQCs representative in the processes related to the punch listing and initial handover of the works and activities to the Project Manager.
Amaia's representative in the conduct of the joint Equipment and Utilities Testing and Commissioning including all preliminary testing.
Promotes quality, environment, and health and safety in the workplace.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
