QA OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (CAN AND LID PLANT)
 
Department: Quality Assurance Department

Key Requirements:
 
Competency Profile:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in B.S Chemistry / BS Food Technology /BS Bio or equivalent
Experience in ISO, HACCP, GMP documentation is an advantage
MS Office Proficient
Can work with minimal supervision
Strong Leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills and can work effectively with people of different levels
Good communication skills
Has Technical writing skills
Work Experience:
Has 1-2 years of experience in a Dairy or Beverage Manufacturing Industries, preferably in can and lid section
Knowledgeable in GMP/SSOP, HACCP and Food Safety
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Quality Assurance Manager /Asst. Manager for the execution of the planned Department schedule.
 Supervise and direct quality assurance Inspectors/personnel who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies in order to meet product quality standards.
Directs personnel in quality assurance inspection and testing, to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met.
Reviews reports and confers with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve work-related problems.
Oversees and ensures full coordination between canning or lid section to QAD to promote communication with the affected.
