Understand, investigate and solve any complex issues from both internal and external teams
Document test findings (test evidence, bugs, change request, etc., requires details attention)
Ability to read and understand requirements, specifications, and other technical requirements
Develop new and update existing software test cases to include on test acceptance criteria
Detect defects/bugs as early in the life cycle as possible
Report, track and manage any discovered defects for resolution
Ability to manage and delivered any ad-hoc task assigned by the QA Lead
Collaborate with other QAs and other teams to develop effective test strategies and test plans
Execute test cases, analyze result, and record test results
Provide QA support in both external and internal teams as needed
Recommend possible enhancements to optimize process thru continuous improvement
Assist developers and other teams in resolving urgent issues

Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Expose in different types of testing methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile-Scrum (preferred)
Expose in different types of Functional Testing such as Unit Testing, Integration, Sanity, Regression, End to End and Beta/Acceptance Testing
Expose in different types of Non-functional Testing such as Stress Testing, Load, Compatibility, Usability and Performance Testing
Expose in different platform testing such Windows, Android, Mac, and iOS
Expose in different browser compatibility testing such as Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, etc.
Knowledgeable of different types of testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, MySQL, JMeter, Browserstack, etc.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications
Experience in automation testing is a plus!
Experience in the programming language is a plus!
Amenable to work overtime if necessary
Amenable to work on rotating shifts (morning and mid-shift)
Has a fixed internet line at home for a WFH setup.

Permanent contract Full Time
As a QA Tester, you will closely work with other QAs and Developers to catch any major problems that reduce the quality of products before the launch. We are currently looking for candidates with manual testing experience but understand automation testing as well.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure high-quality software is delivered in each release
Perform necessary regression testing per sprint
Perform usability testing during the actual release
Ability to apply appropriate testing method on every issue handled
Understand, investigate and solve any complex issues from both internal and external teams
