The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Lead - Regression Validation Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the validation process through manual and synthetic tests using tools that may consist of Selenium, testRigor or Blazemeter, ensuring the quality of our products/services before deployment What You'll Do Lead regression validation using manual and synthetic testing methods. Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios for products/services. Collaborate across teams to align tests with business requirements. Conduct regular assessments for process improvement. Analyze test results, collaborate with devs to resolve issues. Take ownership of quality coordination, provide deployment readiness reports. Final authority in approving deployment readiness based on quality criteria. Qualifications Full Remote and must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (5PM to 2AM Philippine Time) Proven experience with a minimum 4 years working as a QA lead in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field, or relevant work experience. Proven expertise in QA, regression testing, including manual and synthetic methods. Proficient in automation and synthetic testing tools. Strong leadership driving team results in a collaborative setting. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Sound understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical concepts. Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple priorities.
