Management and maintenance of the company's Quality system, Implementation and improvement.
2. Responsible for management of the customer complaint system - all divisions (investigation and resolution).
3. Handle supplier complaints with purchasing department and directly with the supplier as needed.
4. Manage nonconformance control, material review and corrective and preventive measures.
5. Maintain and established quality standards and develop new standards for continued quality improvement.
6. Ensures all established testing methods are followed and seek out continuous improvement.
