QA ENGINEERTE Connectivity

Responsibility:-
Able to handle ISO certification audits (surveillance and re-certificate) and customer audits
Able to close non-confirmations of 3rd party audits in stipulated time and revert
Able to prepare and present technical analysis data in graphical presentation
Able to manage IQA & PQA team and support them in GD&T measurements
Able to prepare and display visual aid/guide for Quality inspections and customer complaints
Able to handle supplier rejection communications and receiving CAPA/8D report on time
Able to communicate and co-ordinate with CFT for customer complaints brainstorming and RCA
Able to interpret engineering drawing and provide technical solution for QA measurements
Able to maintain calibration of instruments and equipment
Able to create/prepare Quality documents like Control plan, Quality Inspection plan, PFMEA, WI, etc
Able to understand and implement global polices and procedures
Responsible for QM module in SAP
Able to collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
Able to manage and coordinate customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators
Qualification:-
Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with minimum of 6-7 years' experience in manufacturing industry
Should be a certified ISO internal auditor
Six Sigma Black belt preferred and hands on with MiniTab
Well-versed with MS office tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc
Should be the SAP QM module user
Should be a quick learner and be able to multi-tasking
Should have the knowledge about Kaizen and process improvement
Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.
