Conducts final inspection of a complete project to check if the unit is already for turn-over to the owner and the Service department respectively
Ensures that safety precautions are observed at the job site
Conducts initial testing and adjustment of newly installed elevators and/or escalators
Conducts inspection on existing elevators and/or escalators and recommends ways and means to improve quality of installation and service works
Re-adjusts elevators/escalators in accordance with the recommendation of the service department with the help of the QC adjusters
Prepares and submits periodic reports related to his work
Works on revision/addition of electrical circuits on elevators/escalators assigned to him
Trains and develops his men in the efficient performance of their functions and for the personal growth in the company
Performs other quality control-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time-to-time
Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
With experience as a Quality Inspector/Elevator Engineer is an advantage
Must be proficient in both Oral and Written communication
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and demonstrate strong leadership capability
Capable of negotiating effectively with subcontractors
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Architecture and Engineering Specialty Contractor 9 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
