QA ENGINEER
 
Radiant BPO Services Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer to join our growing development team based out of our office in Cebu, Philippines. This role will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing before new releases to ensure our software is bug-free and meets the organization's needs. Job Responsibilities
Organize and conduct acceptance and compatibility testing when updating our software products
E2E functional and integration testing
Testing of portal layouts and analytics (FullStory, Google Analytics)
Creating and updating of testing documentation
Communicating with developers and analysts
Write test plans to facilitate testing in SAP TM, SAP ECC, Revenova TMS, and other internal systems
Duties and responsibilities will include all those customarily attendant to such a position, and such other duties and responsibilities as may, from time to time, be assigned to you by the QAT Lead or the Company
Qualifications
Understanding of basic principles of testing and strong ability to apply them in practice
Knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies and types
Experience with Swagger
Experience with Postman
Experience with Kibana or similar products
Experience in developing test cases, understanding of test design techniques
Ability to competently and accurately write test documentation (checklists, test cases and test reports)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent analytical skills
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or a related field 
Experience in developing automated tests in Python or similar tools
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Basic knowledge of SQL (select with subqueries, joins, groupings)
Basic knowledge of Linux and command line skills
Knowledge of Git version control systems
Work set-up and working hours
11:00pm-8:00am PHT Monday to Friday
