Kumu is looking for a new QA Automation Engineer who can help ensure the stability of our mobile app and websites.
We're on the lookout for someone who has a very keen eye for details and is knowledgeable in scripting and automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Katalon and the likes.
We love working with team players who have an "all for one, one for all" mentality. Ayaw namin ng selfish! Past experience in other fast-paced mobile app start-ups is a huge plus, but definitely not a requirement.
As a QA Automation Engineer, your job is to:
Design and execute automated test scripts to validate if functions work as intended.
Analyze current status of mobile and web applications to identify issues.
Proactively deliver reports to the development team.
Continuously collaborate with the other members of the engineering team to resolve loopholes and defects in a timely manner.
Regularly assess and enhance the quality of submitted reports.
The qualified candidate is expected to be:
Knowledgeable on programming languages (C#, Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby, PHP) - preferably those with Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with at least one or two of said languages
Analytical and must exhibit strong problem solving skills
Fluent (both verbal and written)
Organized and can be considered as a documentation wiz
A graduate of Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
Familiar with automation testing
