Job Qualification:
· Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry and other related courses
· Has experience in QA auditing and laboratory processes at least 1 year
· Computer Literate
· With good oral and written communication skills
· Diligent and hard working
· Has awareness on FSCC 22000 & ISO/IEC 17025
· Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas.
Job Description:
· Ensure food safety and quality management system like GMP, SSOP, HACCP, LMS, and SQMS are effectively and consistently implemented and properly monitored.
· Provide general and technical support to assure compliance to company policies, procesures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Monitor production process and record unusual incidents, deviations, problem occurring during production. Analyze results including its effects and provide logical solutions or recommendations.
· Conduct internal audits on a regular basis to verify compliance to food safety and quality management system.
· Conduct investigation and recommend corrective actions on customer compliance.
· Develop training module and conduct orientation of newly-hired employees on GMP/ SSOP/ HACCP and Chemical handling.
