About the Client: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines servicing healthcare companies throughout America. We are looking for individuals who will be assisting our team with the quality assurance processes.
WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!*
The QA Associate is allowed to work from home. Once the pandemic situation is better, the QA Associate may be required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Hours and Work from:
Eight (8) hour night shifts (during USA clinic's hours), with one (1) hour lunch, working from home (WFH).
Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work.
Compensation
Monthly: 20,000 PHP or higher
Basic Salary: 15,000 PHP to 17,000 PHP
Allowances: 5,250 PHP for rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management and support of quality assurance processes
Will conduct analysis, validate business, and technical requirements
Implements quality assurance activities
Measure the effectiveness or improvement projects
Requirements:
College graduate of any course, preferably a Medical Course graduate
Has previous work experience in Quality Assurance in the BPO Setting
Has excellent problem-solving skills
Has keen attention to detail
Good communication skills
Able to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills
