Course Hero is scaling! We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Lead to manage and supervise Quality and Compliance analysts in a way that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. The main focus is fostering team unity and boosting the company's day-to-day efficiency and productivity.
Note: Candidates must be based in the Philippines.
The Role:
This lead position is responsible for providing quality and efficient support through daily management of a team of employees to include motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training development, leading training, and problem solving. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the manager with development, analysis and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
Leadership and Management * Provide daily direction and communication to staff to ensure they are supported in their daily duties as needed.
Ensure that employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
Assist the manager with daily operation including, but not limited to: development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and driving staff engagement, reward/recognition programs
Work as a project leader and team member who delegates tasks as necessary
Analyze risks and opportunities
Manage team members across multiple functions by establishing communication rhythm and feedback loop
Performance Management * Set team members for success by providing relevant training, feedback, and necessary support to meet their daily and weekly goals.
Maintain operations success by coaching members to perform while keeping everyone focused on their tasks.
Conduct quality checks and initiate action plans that will streamline the process and increase efficiency of the team.
Maintain accuracy of reports by checking the files and drives used by the team.
Operational Excellence * Attain service level agreements by ensuring employee schedules and resources are organized and available.
Increase operational efficiency and productivity by implementing process improvements and quality assurance audits.
Build a repository of job aid materials by developing and maintaining process & training documents, standards, and project information.
Keep business owners and relevant teams up to date with the group performance by providing weekly operational service level reports and updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree
Has relevant industry training or certification
At least 2+ year(s) of experience in the same role (team lead or team manager)
Has been involved in managing a team, handling projects, resource scheduling, setting metrics, and monitoring team compliance
Comfortable working with computers - experience with Chrome and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Hangouts) is a must.
Self-starter with a 'can do' attitude
A positive attitude with an outstanding work ethic
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details and accuracy
Solutions-oriented and results-focused
Ability to work from home
