We are hiring for QA Analysts for a client based in Makati.This is a hybrid role with a salary of up to 60KShift is 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.Must have at least 3 years of experience in Software TestingMain JOB COMPETENCIES/ SPECIFICATIONS
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Software Testing
Experience with Project Management and Bug Tracking tools
Basic knowledge in writing SQL queries
Experience with Test Case Management Tool
Experience with Agile Development process (Scrum or similar)
Experience in API Testing is a plus
Experience in Test Automation is a plus
Solid understanding of Software Development process, analysis and design, coding, system and user testing
Strong analytical skills.
JOB SUMMARYThe QA Analyst is tasked with creating tests to detect software issues pre- launch, identifying and analyzing bugs, documenting findings, developing and running tests, reporting results, and collaborating with developers to resolve program issues.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Review and analyze system specification.2. Create clear and concise test cases for test execution.3. Conduct various testing type such as Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing and/or Users Acceptance Testing4. Report bugs in the bug tracking tool.5. Assist the development team in investigating the reported bugs.6. Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team with regards to software usability and functionality.7. Work with cross-functional team to ensure quality throughout the software development process.8. Create a test report to summarize testing phases and defects.9. Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
