Your Role and Responsibilities
The Q2C RFS Project Administrator is responsible for executing service functions listed in support of Kyndryl Contracts:
Creates PgMP record of qualified requests
Engage resources such as Proposal Manager, Solution Architect, Project Managers for solutioning and delivery of the services to the client
Request for Work Items for claim purposes of the work performed of the engaged resources
Sends acknowledgement notices to the customer and account team confirming the receipt of the request
Works with the Project Executives, Portfolio Manager and Client Affinity Manager of the accounts
Attends Client conference calls with the Project Executives and Client Affinity Manager (if needed)
Review all documentations (SOW, Pricing Documents, Approvals and etc) for quality purposes of the proposal prior to releasing it to Kyndryl clients
Release proposal to the client for approval and signature
Validate and submit complete signed contract together with required documentations for registration
Monitor status of the Proposals
Close records in PgMP, in coordination with Portfolio Manager, Client Affinity Manager and Project Managers
Maintenance of Project and Contract related documents using a repository tool
Uploads attachments in PgMP or in Box
Ensure that all Kyndryl accounts being handled are always in compliance and audit ready
Act as gatekeeper and as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all official correspondence (Client official Request for Service, Proposal Response, Acceptance/Rejection, Cancellation, Hold etc.) between Kyndryl and the clients
Monitors the account's Mailbox. File and archive emails

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least three years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management
At least three years of experience working with vendors
Demonstrated business writing skills
Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience driving a project to completion
