Your Role and Responsibilities Activities may include but are not limited to contract audit and registration, order, billing, disputes resolution and end-to end transactions in mid-level complexity. In addition, people in this specialty are responsible for accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, escalations and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. This role may require leading conference calls with stakeholders and aligned functions as necessary to solve operational challenges.
