Prepares purchase requisitions and orders by verifying specifications and price
Ensures 100% service level and compliance of vendors
Must consistently review existing goods and vendor performance to maintain; research new items for best price and vendors
Responsible for timing of delivery and inventory management
Management of accounts payable by vendor; ensuring account stays on current
Highly collaborative with customers and vendors
Job Requirements:
Extensive level understanding of assigned commodities and understanding of market trends
Solid negotiation, process and contract administration skills, including the ability to effectively manage program cost requirements and relationships with suppliers in order to support company goals
Must possess strong problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with internal and external partners
Advance organization skills are required in order to handle multiple tasks
Relies on extensive experience and sound judgment
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business course
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Gil Puyat Ave,Buendia Makati.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
