Job Description
Assist sales supervisor in catering customers' needs and orders.
Canvas and evaluate offers from suppliers and vendors in line with customers' preferences.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure that receipt are intact and balance.
Attach receipt to the request form/voucher and highlight the amount to be liquidated.
Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
