PURCHASING STAFF
Responsible for purchase orders raised and approved, tracking deliveries, updating order records on time, and researching new vendors. The Purchasing Staff is expected to coordinate and collaborate across business transactions to align the purchasing process and procedure to meet the goal.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and/or Engineering course.
At least 1- 2 years of purchasing and logistics-related field or sales work experience.
Attention to detail, good judgment, and decision making
Time management and strong collaboration with internal and external customers.
Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible
Has knowledge and ability to negotiate best vendor terms and pricing.
