- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent (or any business related courses)
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably a Supervisor or Manager of the Purchasing Department
1. Must contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process
2. Must take ownership of the purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents
3. Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs
4. Overall responsible for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business
5. Develop, implement and maintain a professional and consistent management to measure effective performance and compliance
6. Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level
7. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
