PURCHASING engineerJG Summit Holdings

The job holder shall be responsible in procurement activities related to Services and Projects for both JGSPC and JGSOC plants. He/She will perform/administer the purchasing procedures in accordance with the company requirements. He/She will also review Purchase Requisitions on completeness of data as required in the approved SOP and identify suppliers for items required. He/She will likewise be responsible for the development of request for quotations from accredited suppliers. He/She will further conduct negotiations with foreign and local suppliers in terms of pricing, delivery, payment terms, volume discounts and INCOTERMS.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
üGraduate of any Engineering Course
üWith at least 3 years Technical Purchasing experience in a manufacturing plant.
üMust be computer literate
üMust have effective communication and good interpersonal relation skills
üMust have excellent negotiation skills.
üMust be willing to do field works
üMust be willing to work long hours
üWilling to work in Batangas City
