We are currently hiring for:
 
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
 
Job Responsibilities:
Process purchase requests from various departments and ensure completeness and proper authorization.
Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare price comparisons in accordance with company policies.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor order status and follow up on pending deliveries to support uninterrupted business operations.
Coordinate with Finance regarding billing, invoice verification, and payment processing.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation standards.
Perform other purchasing and administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or college level in related courses
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (experience in a BPO setting is an advantage)
Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier coordination, and documentation control.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Average Oral and Written English Communication Skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must be willing to work on Weekends, Holidays, and Shifting Schedule if required.
